EXERCISE EVERY DAY IS THE BEST WAY

My rule of thumb burn double what you eat. Never forget to eat breakfast i know its the hardest meal to eat but waking up your matablizen is key. And exercising at night before you go to sleep means your body will still be working to burn that fat instead of going to sleep state way. :)

Join Me Tomorrow Is The Start.

Tomorrow is the start i go back to school and start year 10. I also will be starting a new eat and exercise program. The point of this is to become perfect in every way. From tomorrow on a pledge to eat no more than 1000 calories a day and do a workout that burns 300 to 500 calories a day. By the end of term one i will be 110 pounds, that means i have 20 pounds to lose. I WILL NOT BE WEAK I WILL NOT GIVE UP.
